Description and History of Site:-
Sandstone rubble with ashlar dressings, Welsh slate roof. L-shaped plan. 2 storeys, 1:1:1 bays with rear wing to left.
Built in 1846 by architect G T Andrews for George Hudson's Great North of England Railway. This was the house provided for the Richmond Stationmaster.
