Description and History of Site:-
Rubble and ashlar C16 single segmental 60 ft. arch, widened downstream in 1788 by John Carr.
In 1974 Jane Hatcher reported that: Single arch. To south ancient two orders slightly pointed to north 18th C with semi circular roll mould.
Pevsner p 67 said to date form 1539 but widened
