Description and History of Site:-
Small two storey brick water tower of 1903, approximately 38ft(11.58m) high surmounted by an 8ft(2.43m) deep Braithwaite style bolted segmental iron tank, with a curved cover giving an overall height of about 49.5ft(15.08m), supplied from adjacent boreholes. The boreholes were abandoned in 1938 when a new supply was obtained from Welton.
Now in use for agricultural purposes
