Description and History of Site:-
Grade II listed building, built 1801-2. Largest complete smock mill in Eastern Counties, 60 foot high with 60 ft diameter patent sails.

Nearly all machinery including four pairs of stones still in place on over five floors.

Owned and maintained by LB of Havering who have carried out extensive restoration work to main structure and fan stage.
