Description and History of Site:-
Built 1847 as 'model brewery', later bonded store for whisky (Johnnie Walker).
St George's Brewery was constructed by Furze and Co during the 1840s. The brewery was taken over in 1901 by John Walker & Sons Ltd of Kilmarnock and used as a bonded whisky store and a bottling plant.
Now part of the HULT International Business School complex.
