Description and History of Site:-
Immediately to east of Wapping Hydraulic Power Station, this attractive house for LHP's engineer built in same red-brick.

Docklands History Survey (1984): 'Immediately to the east of the hydraulic power station (qv) in this attractive house for the accommodation of the Company's engineer built of the same red brick as the pumping station. Mr D Donnachie, the last engineer of the London Hydraulic Power Company, still resides here and operates independently a maintenance and repair business for hydraulic equipment.'
