Description and History of Site:-
Originally a water-bottling plant for Barkers using ground water from the building's own spring.

For some time in the 1980s it was Sinclair Research's HQ. There is a display of Sinclair products and memorabilia in the atrium.

Now Anglia Ruskin University's Sinclair Building, housing a data centre and IT offices.
