Wetherby Goods Station

Description and History of Site:-
On the line of demolished railway viaduct. Well proportioned limestone building with two arched openings in ends large barn like doors in long sides. Flat bottomed circular headed windows higher up in long sides. Wooden floor approximately 3 feet above ground level. Other buildings round about demolished. Opened 1847 for the York and North Midland Railway, closed 1966.
