Helmsley Food Warehouse

Description and History of Site:-
Pleasant elevation to Church Street with office and loading bay doorways. At rear, scars of more loading doors and recess for crane to fold back into. Built for Simon Hutchinson, Grocer and Draper, late C18. Already converted for residential use by 1973. Currently (2017) partly residential (No 14) and commercial (Nos 15 & 16).
