Coxwold Mill

Description and History of Site:-
Lower two storeys in old stone. One further storey and loft added in 2" bricks. High-pitched pantile roof with very steep slope. 19C brick wing added at right angles, three storeys and loft, pantile roof and wooden lucam at north end. Internal iron wheel in position, probably breast shot. Part of gearing remains. Mill house dated 1888. (Hatcher 1974).
