Description and History of Site:-
Three storey brick, double pitched roof. Seven bays, three probably added later. Chimney stump on corner. Was built in 1855 or 1856, as a flour mill. Converted from stones to rollers and extended 1886. Latterly used a Diesel engine instead of steam. At time of visit was premises of J. N. T. Model Products. (Hatcher, 1973). Today (2017) the site is occupied by a Co-operative store.
