Wilmington Flour Mill

Description and History of Site:-
In 1974 described as "Brown brick.Tall tower square on plan of six storeys. Chimney. Some decorative treatment." This was the remaining eastern fragment of the Wilmington Flour Mills, viewed from the other (western) side of the river. At one time, this mill is thought to have been operated by the Co-operative Wholesale Society.
