Westwood High Mill, Baitson's Mill or Black Mill - Beverley

Known variously as Westwood High Mill, Far Mill, Baitson's Mill or The Black Mill on Westwood Pasture.

Of the five mills that were originally in Beverly only two survive today. A mill has been on this site since 1650. The current mill was built for Gilbert Baitson in 1803 the working gear was removed after a fire and the expiry of the lease in 1868.
