Description and History of Site:-
Largely intact floor maltings situated on the hillside behind a petrol filling station, formerly the location of the associated Warley Springs Brewery.
Substantial, two storey floor maltings with attic level and louvred apex to the roof, built in 1876 for John Naylor of Warley Springs Brewery, to the designs of Thomas W. Helliwell, architect, Brighouse.
