Description and History of Site:-
Several Victorian and later warehouses backing on to the River Wey, with a variety of interesting features.

Partly erected from 1856 onwards, on an old warehouse site, as Joseph Billings' London Printing Works and let as warehouses when the firm moved to its other premises in 1962.

Bishop's Move now occupy the book bindery. Until 1913 this was the bonded warehouse of the Friary Meux brewery, which occupied the site of the present Friary shopping centre.

One building, at least, was probably once used as a maltings.

The cottages to the north have no windows on the Wey side.
