Description and History of Site:-
Founded in 1862 in Stockton, the firm moved to the present site on the Forty Foot Road in 1907. Castings are produced by hand, machine and shell moulding techniques with metal melted by electric induction furnaces.
The company, specialised in one off custom projects, produces complex castings and designs in bronze, cast iron and aluminium. The foundry was put up for sale but with no takers the works were closed in 2024.
