Disused railway spur.
Part of a GER branch leading to the huge warehouses constructed by the London and Tilbury Company in Commercial Road (qv).
One of the arches was the site of the discovery of the 'Pinchin Street Torso', one of Jack the Ripper's victims, 10 September 1889
