Description and History of Site:-
1881 warehouse by Aston Webb (1849-1930). 'Refurbishment' in 1984-85 added a mansard attic and rebuilt the fourth floor. The doors which once served the hydraulic crane are still in-situ.
Originally occupied by a firm of Electrical engineers but soon occupied by the furniture trade.
