Description and History of Site:-
Five bays basement and three storeys. Gable over central bay surmounted by small slated turret. Long axis to river. Plain but good. Lettering also good colouring of their trademark. Simple flat-arched windows. Stone basement and flat stone arches of large voussoirs to five openings. Nice brick cornice with white dentils.
Originally Bernard Quinn Ltd. Millers and Corn Merchants. In 1973 was occupied by Claxton and Garland, Building Contractors, now (2017) offices.
