Description and History of Site:-
White chalky stone buildings. Brick round-arched entrances at each end. Small round-arched brick openings low down along both sides have small openings to interior. Brick faced inside with brick barrel-vault possibly added later. Roof completely overgrown outside not possible to see construction. Vault blocked off at one end by what seems to be fairly recent brickwork. In fairly good condition. Appears to have been one of a series signs of springing from outside but perhaps been a corridor between each two kilns because small brick openings along sides seem to have two different sides.
