Description and History of Site:-
Cargo Fleet Offices. This imposing building former offices of Cargo Fleet Iron Company Limited was designed by Kitching and Lee of Middlesbrough and Darlington and was completed in 1918. Reopened in 2011 as a Business and Exhibition Centre.
