Kirkham Abbey Railway Station House

Description and History of Site:-

Station house built of limestone, opened in 1845 by the York & North Midland Railway, originally called Kirkham Station. Name changed to Kirkham Abbey Station in 1875. Closed to passengers in 1930.

On the York and Scarborough branch of the North Eastern Railway.
