English's Mill (site of)

Description and History of Site:-

Painted white quite pleasant (Hatcher) 1973.It is possible, though by no means certain, that parts of this mill do remain standing - but substantially rebuilt.
The water mill was operational until c1921. Shortly after, the water mill, which had two pairs of stones, was demolished. Subsequently the mill moved into the warehouses and electric driven mill rollers were installed when it was run by Messrs. R M English.
