Description and History of Site:-
Sheffield's answer to Worcestershire Sauce has been made in this area by Hendersons (Sheffield) Ltd since 1889. They came to this two-storey works in around 1960. This factory closed 2013, production transferring to other premises in Sheffield. Sheffield University plans to preserve and redevelop the original building as part of its campus (2017).
