Description and History of Site:-
Midland Railway station opened 1876.

Closed between 1970 and 1986.

Now leased by the Settle and Carlisle Railway Trust, who have completely restored and refurbished it with holiday accommodation, a small shop selling memorabilia, and a visitor centre.
