Description and History of Site:-
By G. T. Andrews. It is of grey brick with plenty of stone dressings mostly three storeyed with symmetrical 17 bay centre arranged 1-5-5-5-1. The centre and ends have ground floor windows in arched recesses and the links have Tuscan colonnades. The centre first floor windows are also arched. Its long front was to Tanner Row.
