Description and History of Site:-
One of a group of mills at the southern end of Thorngate and Bridge Gate used variously for spinning weaving and carpet manufacture.
Attractive 3 storey building facing onto Bridge Gate, originally probably the mill manager's house. Mill buildings to the rear. See DUR00121
Described by Atkinson as a warehouse
