Description and History of Site:-
Tall small-plan-area Moorish type building at junction of Hunslet Road Hunslet Lane and Waterloo Street. Triangular plan. Originally built in 1881 as a temperance hotel; was occupied by 'Tunstall and Co Ltd, builders merchants and manufacturing chemists' in 1973.
