Description and History of Site:-
In 1974 Jane Hatcher noted: Two storeys and loft. Kiln across one end with long louvred flue along the ridge of this section. Derelict.
The maltings was just to the north of Whitley Bridge Station on the Leeds and Selby Railway. Site cleared and reused for housing. Site cleared and redeveloped for housing c2005.
