Description and History of Site:-
Possibly by G T Andrews. Not unlike Cambridge Street Terrace attributed to Andrews. Three storeys and attics at rear. Entrance up steps to middle floor. Probably cellar kitchens. Windows with slightly segmental arches in ordinary brick. Described as derelict in 1973, these buildings, somewhat modified, still stand on Queen Street, a little south-east of the Railway Institute.
