Wheldrake Railway Station

Description and History of Site:-
Tudor style prefabricated. Rather sweet single storey timber and plaster infill (Hatcher 1973). Station site redeveloped as the Millfield Industrial Estate.
Wheldrake station was dismantled and re-erected as Murton Lane (qv) at the site of the Yorkshire Farming Museum in around 1992.
