Description and History of Site:-
Trough House and Moor Coal Pits. Shooting lodge alongside the Cut Road (track). Located within the area of the 18C Fryup Colliery. Numerous aligned pit heaps may be seen, several close to the track, Some 350m to the east a shaft remains open.
