Cattal Bridge

Description and History of Site:-
Bridge, c1800, over the River Nidd. Three rounded arches (one dry) with two cutwaters triangular in plan. A little upstream from the river crossing on Rudgate, the Roman road from Headley Bar, Tadcaster, to Whixley.
