Low Costa Mill

Description and History of Site:-
In 1973 Hatcher noted: Brick and pantile. 2 storeys now, was 4 storeys. Turbine in position. Farmer has old photograph of mill with 4 storeys; was very plain. Was an old willow tree down stream now removed.
