Denholme Pottery, Denholme Bradford West Yorkshire

Denholme pottery about 1895 showing workers and their wares outside the pottery. Thanks to Steve Barker for the scan of the photo.
The date on the photo implies the pottery was 1780 but this is not correct and is more likely to be around the time the father of Samuel Catherall (Jonathan) set up the first family pottery at Swilling Hill. The name on the photo is the name of the family who took the pottery over in the early 1890s.
