Description and History of Site:-
Now warehouse shop -"Stone Dam Furniture". Five storeys thin coursed sandstone with stone slate roof. Built as a steam powered worsted mill for William Huntriss around 1836, extended in 1855. Said to be the first textile mill in Halifax
