Description and History of Site:-
Truncated remains of a tower mill. A windmill, is first recorded at Bishop Burton c.1250, with frequent subsequent mentions. In 1754 2 millers were mentioned and in the late 18th cent early 19th century there were 2 mills.
Noted as having been converted to a house in 1991
