Description and History of Site:-
Five storey tall narrow brick warehouse with hipped slate roof. Stone basement stone sills. Mixture of round headed windows semi-circular and flat. Built 1849 for Robert Varvill. Manufacturer of joiners' tools, planes, augers, braces, etc.
