Demesnes or Barker's Mill

Description and History of Site:-
Falconer (1980): 'A rubble-built corn mill on the River Tees utilising a natural outcrop as a weir. Three-storey and rectangular in plan, it still houses a 15 ft diameter waterwheel and some iron gearing.'
